ERC-1155 Contracts

The team are writing and testing two ERC-1155 contracts to be used for Drops and Rewards. These contracts have been written to be drop-agnostic, meaning the majority of their code can be reused for any future collection the DAO decides to release. The contracts are currently under external audit.
