Add indicator when voting on piece with arrow keys

This might be a bit of an edge case, but here goes:
Let's say you are sitting on the couch with someone else, voting on pieces together. If you use the mouse, it's clear to the other person which piece you have just selected, as the on hover will scale up the image. But there is no such indication when using the arrow keys.
A simple fix would be to show a border around the image, right before it fades away and a new set of images appears.
I made an example mockup showing how this might look.
